Reseller & Rebranding Policy

At 27Templates (owned by Sitecrafted Web Solutions), we provide high-quality WordPress assets under the GPL license. However, while the software code is open-source, our Branding, Business Identity, Curation, and Digital Infrastructure are protected by Intellectual Property laws.

This policy outlines the strict conditions under which our products may be used for commercial purposes or client projects. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate legal action and DMCA takedowns.

1. Prohibition of "As-Is" Reselling

You are strictly prohibited from reselling our "Readymade WordPress Websites" or "All-in-One Bundles" in their original form.

No Brand Impersonation: You cannot use the name "27Templates" or "Sitecrafted Web Solutions" to sell your services or products.
No Direct Bundle Reselling: You cannot package the same collection of themes/plugins as we have curated and sell them as a competing "Bundle."

2. Mandatory Rebranding Requirement

If you are a freelancer or agency using our templates to sell to your clients, or if you intend to resell a modified version:

Complete Overhaul: You MUST 100% rebrand the website. This includes changing the Logo, Business Name, Color Palette, and Typography.
Image Replacement: You MUST remove all demo images (Stock, AI, or Amazon images) and replace them with your own or your client's images.
Removing Our Identity: Any mention of "27Templates" in the footer, meta tags, or documentation must be completely removed before the site is delivered to a third party or launched publicly.

3. Unauthorized Use of Live Demos (Hotlinking)

Our live demo websites (e.g., *.27templates.com) are hosted on our private servers for the exclusive use of our direct customers.

Strict Prohibition: You are NOT allowed to share our live demo links with your potential clients to showcase "your" work.
Consequences: Using our server bandwidth and demos to close your own sales is considered "Bandwidth Theft" and "Business Misrepresentation." Any IP address found "hotlinking" or "scraping" our demos will be permanently blacklisted, and a complaint will be filed with your hosting provider.

4. Zero Tolerance for Plagiarism

If we find any website on the internet that is:

Using our exact "Readymade Website" structure without rebranding.
Using our brand names or demo URLs.
Using our unique combination of GPL assets marketed as a "27Templates Bundle."

We will initiate the following "Safe-Guard" protocol:

Step 1: Automated DMCA Takedown: We will file an immediate DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) notice with your Domain Registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap) and your Hosting Provider (e.g., Hostinger, Bluehost, AWS). This typically results in your entire website being suspended within 24-48 hours.
Step 2: Legal Notice: Our legal team at Sitecrafted Web Solutions will issue a formal cease-and-desist notice for Trademark Infringement and Brand Dilution.
Step 3: Permanent Blacklisting: Your account at 27templates.com will be terminated, and you will be barred from all future updates and products from Sitecrafted Web Solutions. No refunds will be provided.

5. Why We Have This Policy

We invest hundreds of hours in designing, curating, and testing these readymade websites. While we want you to grow your business using our tools, we will not tolerate anyone stealing our "Brand Identity" or using our "Demo Infrastructure" to build their business.

To be safe: Download -> Install -> Rebrand -> Replace Images -> Then Launch/Sell.
