5. Reseller & Copyright Policy

1. Can I resell 27Templates bundles as my own?

No. You are strictly prohibited from reselling our curated bundles "as-is" under our brand name or your own.

2. Can I use your live demo links to show my clients?

No. You must host your own demos. Using our live demo URLs for your commercial gain is considered "Bandwidth Theft."

3. Do I need to rebrand the websites before reselling to clients?

Yes, 100%. You must change the logo, colors, and business name. You cannot sell them as "27Templates" products.

4. What about the images in the demo?

You MUST replace all demo images (Stock, AI, or Amazon images) before launching. We do not own the rights to those images; they are for demo purposes only.

5. What happens if I don't replace the demo images?

You may face copyright takedowns from the original image owners (e.g., Amazon). Sitecrafted Web Solutions is not responsible for this.

6. Will you take legal action against unauthorized reselling?

Yes. We actively monitor for clones. Unauthorized use of our brand or hotlinking our demos will result in a DMCA Takedown and permanent ban.

7. Can I use your marketing banners for my site?

No. Our marketing assets, logos, and website design are the intellectual property of Sitecrafted Web Solutions.

8. Can I buy and then share the files on a forum?

No. This is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in your account being terminated without a refund.

9. How do I report a copyright violation?

6. Refunds & Cancellations

1. Can I get a refund if I don't like the product?

No. As these are digital downloads, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind." Please check the live demos thoroughly before buying.

If a file is technically defective and our team cannot fix it or provide a replacement within 3 days, we will issue a refund.

3. I didn't know I needed to pay for installation. Can I get a refund?
