Thank you for choosing 27Templates, operated by Sitecrafted Web Solutions. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of our "Readymade WordPress Websites" and "All-in-One Digital Bundles."

1. General Information

All products available for purchase on 27templates.com are Digital Products. We do not ship any physical goods (CDs, USB drives, or printed manuals). Consequently, there are no shipping charges, custom duties, or physical delivery timelines associated with your purchase.

2. Delivery Method

Upon successful completion of your payment through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay), the delivery process is as follows:

  • Instant Access: You will be redirected to a "Success" page where a download link for your purchased files will be provided.

  • Email Delivery: An automated email containing the download link and order receipt will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

  • Account Dashboard: If you have registered an account, your files will be permanently available in the "Downloads" or "My Account" section of 27templates.com for future access.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Immediate Delivery: In 99% of cases, delivery is instantaneous (within 1 to 5 minutes of payment confirmation).

  • Technical Delays: In rare instances, there may be a delay due to payment gateway processing or server-side lag. If you do not receive your files within 2 hours, please contact our support team immediately.

  • Manual Verification: We reserve the right to manually hold and verify orders that are flagged as "High Risk" by Razorpay. In such cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

4. Technical Requirements for Receipt

To successfully receive and use our digital products, the buyer is responsible for:

  • Providing a valid and active email address.

  • Ensuring their email provider does not block our automated emails (check Spam/Junk folders).

  • Having a stable internet connection to download large bundle files (ZIP format).

5. Failure to Deliver

If you have been charged by Razorpay but have not received a download link:

  1. Verify that the payment was successful (check your bank/card statement).

  2. Wait for 30 minutes to account for server synchronization.

  3. Contact support@27templates.com with your Transaction ID and Order Date. We will manually send the files to you within 12–24 business hours.

6. Refund Limitations regarding Delivery

Once our system logs show that the digital files have been successfully downloaded by the user, the "Delivery" is considered complete. Claims of "Non-delivery" made after the files have been accessed will be cross-referenced with our server logs and may be rejected.
