By purchasing any "Readymade WordPress Website," "All-in-One Bundle," or individual digital asset from 27Templates, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using this website or purchasing any products.

2. Legal Entity Disclosure

27Templates is a commercial brand name. All legal transactions, payment processing via Razorpay, and contractual obligations are officially handled by the parent firm: Sitecrafted Web Solutions. All references to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Sitecrafted Web Solutions.

3. Nature of Products (GPL Licensing)

All WordPress themes, plugins, and digital templates sold on this platform are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL).

  • No Ownership Transfer: We do not claim ownership of the underlying software (themes/plugins). We provide a service of curation, optimization, and packaging.

  • No License Keys: We do not provide, sell, or resell license keys or purchase codes. The products are designed to work without a license key for core functionality.

  • Updates: Updates are provided manually as part of our bundles when available. Automatic updates from original developers are not included as we are not the original developers.

4. Demo Content & Intellectual Property Policy (CRITICAL)

Our Readymade Websites include "Demo Content" to show you how the site looks when fully built.

  • Image Sourcing: We use a mix of free stock images, AI-generated images, and third-party product images (including images from platforms like Amazon) for Demonstration Purposes Only.

  • Mandatory Replacement: You, the Buyer, are strictly prohibited from using these demo images for your final commercial launch. You MUST replace 100% of the demo images with your own licensed, original, or royalty-free images.

  • Non-Responsibility: Sitecrafted Web Solutions does not grant you any license or rights to the images used in demos. Any copyright infringement claims arising from your failure to replace these images are your sole legal and financial responsibility.

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Sitecrafted Web Solutions harmless from any legal action taken by third-party copyright holders (like Amazon or stock photo agencies) regarding the images found in your purchased templates.

5. Account Registration and Security

To access downloads, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • All activities that occur under your account.

  • Providing accurate and complete information during the checkout process.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Attempt to bypass any security measures on 27templates.com.

  • Resell our curated "All-in-One Bundles" as a competing service to ours.

  • Use our brand name "27Templates" or "Sitecrafted" to mislead customers into thinking you are our official representative.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sitecrafted Web Solutions, its owners, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or profits.

  • Website downtime or server crashes.

  • Incompatibility between themes and third-party plugins.

  • Security vulnerabilities in the GPL software provided. We provide the software "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

8. Payment and Tax (GST)

All payments are processed through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of the payment gateway.

  • GST: As a registered sole proprietorship, GST is collected where applicable.

  • Payment Failure: If a payment is flagged as fraudulent by Razorpay, we reserve the right to cancel the order and block the user account immediately.

9. Modifications to Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Kothagudem, Telangana].

11. Termination
